Empowering Teachers to Foster Students’ Multilingualism in the Elementary Classroom

This workshop invites teachers to reflect on their home languages, language proficiency and language ideologies, examining how these concepts shape their classroom practices. In the second part of the session, participants will collaboratively develop strategies to support students' home languages, integrating Social and Emotional Learning principles for a holistic approach.
