About me
Jody Bader is an educator with two decades of experience as a classroom teacher, ELD specialist, instructional coach, education researcher, and one of the Northwest’s leading OCDE Project GLAD® NTC consultants. In 2007, she founded ESL Consulting Services, Inc. She has worked with teachers in the US and internationally for nearly 2 decades who are committed to improving their practice and the culture of their classrooms for all students. Ms. Bader partners with Dr. Sara Martinez to deliver professional development that equips teachers serving ELLs through Next Steps with Project GLAD®.
