About me
Melanie Haines is an ELL Specialist for the Bellingham School District and serves three schools. She has her Masters in TESOL and loves teaching ELL students, as well as helping teachers understand ELLs and their specific needs. Her educational roles have included being an ELL paraprofessional, classroom teacher, and facilitator.
